Requesting a Ticket Donation for Your Charitable Event
Smuin Ballet is pleased to support the fundraising efforts of many worthy charitable causes around the Bay Area. We welcome your request, and ask that you review the following guidelines:
Like you, Smuin Ballet is a nonprofit organization. We have a limited number of tickets available for charitable donations for each program in our season. Not all programs or performance dates may be available at some venues.
Please submit your request no later than 3 months prior to the date of your event. Requests are processed only 1-2 times per month depending on our calendar of performances and other activities. We regret that we are not able to support every request that we receive. Priority will be given to educational programs, schools, and arts organizations.
How to make a request:
Please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Organization name
- A brief description of your organization and fundraising event
- Are you a 501(c)(3) nonprofit?
- Event date
