Where does Smuin Ballet perform?
Smuin Ballet offers subscription series in San Francisco, Mountain View, Walnut Creek and Carmel. For Smuin Ballet touring information, click here.
How do I purchase additional discounted tickets for guests?
Subscribers may purchase additional tickets to any of our shows throughout the season at a discount of $5 off the regular price. Just call the appropriate box office and a friendly ticket agent will help you.
How much do groups save?
Groups of 10 or more people receive as much as $10-$14 off full-ticket price per ticket, plus personalized service and seating. For more information, go to Group Tickets.
What if I lose my tickets?
If you lose your tickets, we will replace them free of charge. Simply call the appropriate box office.
How do I get my tickets when I subscribe?
Subscribers will receive their tickets by mail from the respective box office. Subscription tickets are usually mailed within a couple weeks of ordering. The San Francisco and Carmel box offices will begin mailing tickets the beginning of August, while the Mountain View box office begins mailing tickets mid August. Due to a computer system upgrade, the Walnut Creek box office will begin mailing tickets slightly later, in early September.

How can I meet the artists?
The first Friday of each run includes a free reception in the lobby with Michael Smuin and the artists immediately following the performances.
How can I receive more in-depth information about the production?
New this season, Performance Perspectives is a free discussion with one of the artists starting one hour before the show. It will take place on the first Thursday of each run in San Francisco and Mountain View. We are looking to offer Performance Perspectives in Walnut Creek and Carmel in future seasons.
Subscribers also receive free periodic newsletters filled with important news, dates and behind-the-scenes interviews.
EXCHANGES
How do I exchange my tickets for another date?
Subscribers may exchange tickets up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled event. If you wish to exchange your tickets for another date of the same show within the same venue, then contact the respective box office directly.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different venue?
Yes. Only Subscribers may exchange tickets between San Francisco, Mountain View, Walnut Creek and Carmel. To exchange you may:
1) Send a fax to (415) 495-2317 with your tickets ripped in half, indicating the preferred performance you’d like to attend and a phone number where you can be reached to confirm completion.

Is there an exchange fee?
