Be sure to catch all the World Premieres presented this season, along with Smuin favorites. Enjoy the free post-performance reception the first Friday of each run in each city (in Carmel, the reception follows the first evening's performance). And did you know there are free pre-performance discussions before the Thursday Series shows in San Francisco and Mountain View? Our semi-annual newsletter - another subscriber perk - will help keep you informed on these and other happenings throughout the season.
All subscriptions are a series; you will be assigned the same seat on the same day of the week for each show. If you cannot attend one of your shows we offer free exchange for the same program at any of our four venues. You can exchange your tickets once you have received them in the mail. We offer two forms of exchanges, and In House Exchange where you are staying at the same venue but switching evenings, or a Venue Exchange where you are changing from one venue to another. For all In House Exchanges please contact your local box office as they will be able to inform you of availability and reseat you immediately.

For all Venue Exchanges please call Smuin Ballet at 415 495 2234 x 5 and we will be able to help you. We will always try to seat in best available. All exchange tickets will be help at will call.
If you would like to RENEW WITH THE SAME SEATS AS LAST SEASON we must receive your renewal form POST MARKED by JULY 15, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! After which we will continue accepting new subscriptions as well as renewals without same seat guarantee until the day before your first performance.

If you would like to renew your subscription and/or change your seats or, add extra seats please write your requests on your renewal form and send it in. We will be contacting you after July 15 when seats are released and let you know what your options are. If nothing is to your liking, we will either refund your money or give you’re your original seats. We process changes on a first received basis. We cannot process any changes on the phone, as we require a signed copy for our records.
All single tickets (non-subscription tickets) will be going on sale at the end of the summer. All single tickets are sold at the box office, please contact your local box office for availability:

Pricing for both subscriptions and Single tickets is based on location in the house. Elite tickets are the Center Orchestra, the side orchestra closest to the main aisle and the front of the balcony, and cost $55 per ticket or $141 for a subscription. Premium tickets are the farther part of the side orchestras and cost $40 per ticket or $111 for a subscription. We also offer Standard tickets IN SAN FRANCISCO ONLY which are the box seats front most section of the side orchestra and cost $18 per ticket or $45 for a subscription.
