Smuin Ballet was established in 1994 with a mission to bring the enjoyment of dance to new and existing audiences throughout the Bay Area. Since then, Smuin Ballet has become an integral part of the Bay Area’s cultural community. Like you, Smuin Ballet is a leader in its field, offering more than 65 performances to a potential audience of more than 50,000 each year.
As we celebrate our second decade of presenting first-rate ballet throughout the Bay Area and beyond, we invite you to become our Partner in Dance. Sponsorship Opportunities:
Gifts of $10,000 and above may be directed for general operating support or towards specific performances (subject to availability) as follows:
Performance Sponsorship: $10,000
Sponsorships at the $10,000 level underwrite the performance of their choice at any one of our four subscription venues. In addition to the benefits listed above, performance sponsors receive the following:
- Acknowledgement in the program and lobby for “your” specific performance
- Acknowledgement on our website for the season
- Invitation to exclusive Opening Night dinner
Engagement Sponsorship: $25,000
Sponsorships at the $25,000 level underwrite all the performances for one program at one of our venues. In addition to the benefits listed above, engagement sponsors receive the following:
- Acknowledgement on the title page of the venue program for the engagement sponsored
- Acknowledgement on lobby signs for “your” venue’s program
- Acknowledgement on our website for the season
- Invitation to exclusive Opening Night dinner with Artistic Director Celia Fushille
- Two complimentary VIP tickets to the opening night performance
- Invitation to join Smuin Ballet on tour
Lead Sponsorship: $50,000
Sponsorships at the $50,000 level underwrite the production of one specific ballet at all four subscription venues. In addition to all the other benefits listed, these sponsorships also receive:
- Acknowledgment for the entire season in each of the programs
- Acknowledgement for the entire season on our website
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on lobby signs
- Invitation to the Opening Night receptions at each venue
- Four complimentary VIP tickets to opening night of “your” ballet at each venue
- Invitation to join Smuin Ballet on tour
