WARNING: If you do not follow the instructions carefully, you will be put in a manual queue, it may take up to 2 weeks to get your seats and you will be charged an additional service fee.The deal is only valid for the Spring Program  at the Yerba Buena Center for the Performing Arts  4/27/12-5/6/12.  There are a limited number of seats per show.  Any show with a “limited” availability is no longer eligible for discount tickets.  These shows are indicated by pink buttons behind the show dates and times.You may select any Balcony, Gold or Silver seat for any Spring Program show. Platinum and bronze seats are not included!  If you select Platinum or Bronze seats you will be charged full price.  Silver seats are a lower value seat. You may choose these seats but there is no refund for the price difference.

You must ensure that upon checkout your balance is $0! If you use a credit card and are charged there will be NO REFUNDS!

If your shopping cart has the Coupon for the correct # of tickets added but the price is not $0 then you have selected seats that are not eligible.  Most likely you have selected the wrong section or a performance not offered.

To claim your voucher or vouchers please follow the steps below. Please note it is important to read all steps completely before proceeding. Please make sure have you at least 10 minutes to complete the entire process. Your shopping cart will time out after 10 minutes and you will not be able to try again until the following day.

  1. Go to the following page —>CLICK HERE<—
  2. Either Login or Create an account. Once you have logged in select “Tickets” from the navigation menu.
  3. Select the performance and then select your seats.
  4. Once you reach the shopping cart at the top of the page will be a link that says “GROUPON”. Select this link.
  5. Enter each vouchers BARCODE (the 8 digits under the barcode), DO NOT enter the voucher number in the top right. Only enter the numbers. If you want to sit together as a group you MUST enter all groupons at one time on the redemption page. Our ticketing system has a limit of 10 tickets per transaction.
  6. After you click “redeem codes” your groupons will be validated. Please ensure all codes say “success”. If the code is not a valid code it will be deleted from the list. If there is a problem you will not be able to proceed and you will need to call.
  7. If all codes are successful an “add to cart” button will appear. Click this and a groupon coupon will be added to your shopping cart for the number of tickets validated and you will see a confirmation page.
  8. You will then need to proceed to the shopping cart by clicking shopping cart in the navigation menu. Confirm your total is $0.
  9. Click “Go to Checkout and Make Payment”.
  10. Select your ticket delivery method (note that mailing does cost an additional fee).
  11. Click “Confirm Order for Processing”
  12. You will then see your order confirmation and get an email.  If you selected to print your tickets at home you will have options to print your tickets.

Once your voucher has been claimed there are no exchanges.
