ConfiDANCE! is a program for children and adults that is grounded in scientific evidence of the wide-ranging benefits of dance exposure for one’s mental and physical health. The physical benefits of regular dance training are directly tied to cardiovascular fitness, musculoskeletal strength and general coordination. Beyond its physicality, it has been proven to increase cognitive functions, decrease anxiety, relieve tension, and increase one’s capacity for social interaction, creativity and fun!
